Shouta Aoi

is a Japanese singer, song writer, voice actor and actor,. previously known as Showta.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=SHOWTA. - singer/actor - jpop )〕 He is affiliated to S inc〔http://s-inc.jp/〕 for voice acting, and Broccoli under the B-green label〔http://www.broccoli.co.jp/cd/〕 for singing. He has been a voice actor since 2011. He voiced the roles of Ai Mikaze in ''Uta no Prince-sama'', Daiki Tomii in ''Shōnen Hollywood'' and Ryunosuke Matsushita in ''Kimi to Boku''.
==Career==
Aoi first appeared publicly in 2004 under the name "Noboru Yanagawa" at Yamaha Teens' Music Festival.〔 He appeared again in 2006, this time under the name "Showta" in which he debuted with the single "Negaiboshi" on the music label King Records.〔〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=SHOWTA. - singer/actor - jpop )
After releasing six singles and one album under the name "Showta", he quit his agency due to his wishes to make anime and game involved songs and in 2011, he returned as "Shouta Aoi" and debuted as Voice actor as the character Ryunosuke Matsushita in the anime ''Kimi to Boku'' in which he also sang the soundtracks "Sora" and "Tomorrow".
In 2013, he debuted, as Shouta Aoi, with his mini-album ''Blue Bird'' on the music label B-Green,〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=SHOWTA. - singer/actor - jpop )〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Discography - 蒼井翔太オフィシャルサイト - ページ 3 )〕 and in January 2014 he released his first single, "Virginal", which peaked at number 8 on the Oricon Weekly Single's chart.
